Job Overview

As a Marketing Automation Specialist at Aavenir, you will design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and nurture customer relationships. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on technical execution, focusing on campaign management, deliverability, CRM workflows, and analytics to achieve measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and nurturing.
• Own email marketing-generated MQLs and pipeline creation as primary success metrics.

Technical Management

• Manage the technical aspects of email tools, ensuring domain score maintenance, spam compliance, and optimized deliverability.

Performance Monitoring

• Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, driving continuous improvement.

CRM & Automation

• Oversee CRM systems to ensure accurate segmentation, targeting, and automation workflows for lead generation.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Content teams to align email marketing efforts with business goals and deliver unified messaging.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4-8 years in email marketing and automation, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM systems, with strong knowledge of deliverability and domain health.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
