Job Overview

As the Manager, Field Marketing, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Aavenirs event strategies. From third-party conferences to C-level roundtables, webinars, and podcasts, you will ensure every event enhances brand awareness, generates leads, and drives engagement. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional organizational skills, and seamless cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

Third-Party Events and Conferences

  • Take full ownership of Aavenir's participation in third-party events, conferences, and trade shows, managing end-to-end execution.
  • Oversee event branding, booth experiences, lead generation, and engagement strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Track and measure the success of each event, including pre-event meetings, leads generated, and post-event follow-up to create opportunities.

CXO Roundtable and Dinner Events

  • Plan and execute exclusive roundtables and dinner events targeting C-level executives in the US and other global markets.
  • Manage event logistics, ensuring premium experiences through venue selection, guest management, content delivery, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to ensure events drive new opportunities and deepen engagement with prospects and customers.

Online Webinars and Customer Podcasts

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging webinars and podcasts with both internal and external speakers.
  • Promote events across digital and social channels to maximize attendance and audience reach.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, SDR, and design teams to create compelling event content, promotional materials, and follow-up strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-7 years in field marketing, event management, or a related role, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to organize and execute diverse events, from trade shows to exclusive roundtables and webinars.
    • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with event management software, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms to streamline workflows and analytics.
  • Strategic Mindset: Capability to evaluate event impacts and refine strategies for continuous improvement in lead generation and brand positioning.
