Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Location: JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN

Job Summary: Performs the following responsibilities in order to manage customers inquiries in terms of resolving them and recommending the optimal solution.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Should be proficient in Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi language.

• Must be able handle customer on calls meeting the required KPIs(Call Count, Talk Time & AHT, Call Quality, Compliance, Opportunity Count with good quality, File Login & Disbursement)
• Customers must be engaged and informed about the companys product offerings.
• Need to adhere to the communication protocols, regulations and guidelines.
• Able to reply customer inquiries over Call/Phone.
• Should be able to convert Leads into quality opportunity.
• Should be able to convert opportunity into login and disbursement further through customer/branch follow up.
• Have to be detailed oriented with the business to understand customer’s queries.
• Need to escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issue/problems
• Must be able to suggest improvement ideas that decrease time, improved accuracy or strengthen controls.

Required Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 0-3 Years
