Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research.
  
• Process loan applications from start to finish, including credit checks and documentation.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in home loans or related fields (NBFC).
  
• Strong understanding of housing finance products such as LAP (Loan Against Property) financing options.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with customers.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
