Total Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Position: Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager

Job Description -

Client Relationship Management

1. Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for inquiries, support, and service.
2. Understand clients' needs, preferences, and challenges to provide personalized solutions and recommendations.

Business Development

1. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the organization's client base, leveraging referrals, networking, and targeted outreach efforts.
2. Actively prospect and qualify leads, nurturing relationships to drive conversion and revenue growth..

Product Knowledge

1. Possess a deep understanding of the organization's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitive offerings, to effectively educate clients and address their needs.
2. Stay updated on new product launches, enhancements, and features to proactively inform clients and promote cross-selling opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

1. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services and address client needs effectively.
2. Communicate client feedback and insights to relevant teams to inform product development, service improvements, and business decisions.
