• Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee daily activities of the branch team, including sales targets and goal achievement.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through effective business planning.
  
• Foster strong relationships with customers, agents, and other stakeholders to drive business expansion.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in insurance industry or related field (BFSI).
  
• Proven track record in branch handling or management role.
  
• Strong skills in sales management, team handling, team motivation, and team management.
