Head - Projects - Solar Industry (18-19 yrs)

- Project Execution: Oversee the hands-on execution of rooftop and large ground-mounted Solar PV projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Experience with floating solar plants is an added advantage.

- O&M Practices: Implement and manage Operations and Maintenance (O&M) practices, including manual and robotic module cleaning systems. Handle monitoring, analysis, MIS reporting, and ensure the effective operation of solar PV plants.

- Electrical Equipment: Supervise the execution and maintenance of high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to solar plants and electrical equipment.

- Technical Proficiency: Review and interpret electrical drawings and circuitries. Ensure accurate and efficient execution of electrical work.

- Site Coordination: Coordinate activities across multiple project sites, ensuring seamless project delivery and effective O&M operations. Lead and guide project and O&M teams working at various locations throughout India.

- Communication: Maintain strong verbal and written communication skills. Provide regular updates on project and O&M progress to senior management. Prepare and present reports and presentations as required.

- Vendor Management: Oversee and manage installation and commissioning vendors and their workmen on-site. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project and O&M teams to achieve targets set by higher management. Ensure teams adhere to industry norms and safety regulations.

- Project Delivery: Ensure projects are completed and handed over within the contractual time period and allocated budget. Address and resolve any issues that may impact project timelines or costs.

- Project Management Tools: Utilize MS Projects for effective project planning, scheduling, and tracking. Ensure projects are managed efficiently using project management software
