Responsibilities:

• Specialize in India-made SaaS-based products, particularly SaaS-based HR solutions, is good to have.
• Contribute to revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Support sales efforts for software products, with a preference for the HR domain.
• Assist in developing strategies to penetrate new markets using social media and digital marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.
• Help implement sales and marketing campaigns targeting the Indian and US markets.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including market research, business analysis, and strategic planning to support client acquisition.
• Manage client relationships by ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to understand and effectively communicate our product offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in selling India-made SaaS-based products.
• Experience in selling HR products is required.
• Proven experience in international markets.
• Experience in selling to SMB clients.
• Track record of selling HR products to CHROs.
• Ability to sell HR products independently.
