Executive - Operations (Guest House)

Role & responsibilities

• Managing customer needs and complaints immediately to ensure delightful experience
• Ensuring guests bedrooms, corridors and public areas are serviced in accordance with the company’s standards.
• Responsible for petty cash and other cash related transactions within the department
• Ensuring adherence to all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
• Assuring highest productivity and efficiency in day to day housekeeping operations and planning for upcoming events
• Facilitating excellent customer service (internal & external) and maintaining good knowledge of guest house services, operations, local area & attractions, etc.
• Resolving guest issues to exceed customer expectations.
• Enforced set procedures for the acceptance, safety, and return on guest lost and found items.
• Requisition of the material and in charge of Store distribution (Issue and handling to the concerned areas).
• Ensuring highest standards of cleanliness & quality, maintaining high scores in guest surveys and carrying
• Out regular inspections.
• Ensure the Department meets overall regulatory requirements, compliance and audits.
• Developed and implemented written and interactive training material for training housekeeping existing staff and new joiners.
• Safeguarding guest house inventory, belongings and property by control checks during guest checkout.
