Billing & Contract Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Billing Management:
• Prepare and verify contractor and client bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreements.
• Maintain records of all billing-related documentation, including work orders and invoices.
2. Cost Analysis & Estimation:
• Analyze project costs and verify the actual execution with the planned budget.
• Ensure timely preparation of RA bills and reconciliations.
3. Coordination:
• Collaborate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors for billing-related matters.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for payment processing.
4. Documentation & Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, agreements, and company policies in billing procedures.
• Prepare periodic reports on billing and payments for management review.
5. ERP Expertise:
• Handle billing processes using ERP systems and other billing software.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in billing roles in the construction or real estate industry.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in billing software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
