Billing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor billing process from site execution to final payment.
  
• Ensure accurate estimation of quantities by quantity surveyors and procurement team.
  
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors for smooth bill processing.
  
• Verify invoices against purchase orders (PO) and ensure timely submission of payments.
  
• Maintain records of all billing transactions on a daily basis.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in construction site billing or related field.
  
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil required; relevant certification preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of billing processes, including estimation, quantity surveying, and subcontractor billing.
