Senior Mis Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Senior MIS Analysts to join our team in Rohini, Delhi. This role requires highly skilled professionals who excel in data management, reporting, and analysis using advanced Excel functionalities. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely reports, ensuring data integrity, and providing meaningful insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Experience & Industry Knowledge:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field.
• Strong background in data management, reporting, and business analytics.
• Experience in handling large datasets and generating detailed analytical reports.\

2. Advanced Excel Expertise:

• Mastery of advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, COUNT, COUNTIFS, SUM, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, and other data analysis tools.
• Ability to manipulate, process, and visualize data for business insights.
• Proficiency in automating reports and optimizing Excel-based workflows.

3. Report Generation & Data Analysis:

• Responsible for creating, managing, and delivering daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with high accuracy.
• Compile and analyze large volumes of data to generate customized dashboards and insights for clients and stakeholders.
• Identify data trends, patterns, and discrepancies, providing actionable recommendations.

4. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to effectively present data insights and reports to internal teams, clients, and senior management.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure data accuracy and relevance.

5. Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking:

• Utilize logical reasoning, mathematical calculations, and advanced Excel skills to troubleshoot data-related challenges.
• Implement data validation techniques to maintain the accuracy and consistency of reports.

6. Data Accuracy & Process Improvement:

• Ensure all reports adhere to data accuracy and integrity standards.
• Identify inefficiencies in MIS processes and propose automation or optimization strategies.

7. Employee Scheduling & Resource Management:

• Ability to create and manage employee schedules for optimized workforce allocation.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve productivity.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Educational Background:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

2. Work Experience:

• Proven expertise in MIS functions, data management, and business reporting.
• Experience with business intelligence tools, database management, or other data analysis software (preferred but not mandatory).

3. Technical Skills & Additional Software Knowledge:

• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to work with automated reporting systems and integrate various data sources.

4. Soft Skills & Work Ethic:

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Capability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous process improvement.

Salary & Benefits:

• Performance Bonus: Additional ₹40,000 after 6 months of continuous employment, contingent on proven efficiency and excellent performance.
• Work Schedule:
• Comfortable working night shifts starting at 7:30 PM.
• Flexibility is required as shift timings may be adjusted based on business needs.
