Job Description

SUMMARY

Urgent opening for Senior Engineer Planning in Kolkata for one our real estate client

Qualification: Any BE/Btech

Experience: 8+years in any real estate or construction industry

1. Development of detail master schedule & tracking the same. Revision of

schedule, Development of Micro schedule to monitor the execution plan &

finalization of Monthly work plan. Planned vs actual progress work tracking &

updating.

2. Preparation of material requirement planning &

Contracts requirements planning for the next 30/60/90 days for MRP & 180days

look ahead for CRP of the project based on the project master schedule.

Preparation of CMC report, preparation of MIS report.

3. Drawing & design coordination. Preparation of GFC (received at site) drawing

Updating of project scope matrix.

4. Evaluation of Delay Analysis Reports for delay in completion of a project, internal

delays / contractor end delay/ force majeure delay prepared by site team in

order to understand the time delay in completion of a project & claim liquidity

damage/penalty from contractor.

5. Preparation & submission of statutory reports, internal reports & compliances

like PCB reports, RERA/HIRA progress reports, Marketing demand intimation,

IGBC reports, internal & External audit etc.

6. Preparation of material Indenting of Material by raising of PR through SAP w.r.t

to planned MRP to ensure the supply of material intime considering standard

lead time of delivery of material.

7. Project execution plan monitoring & control with Sub- contractor manage &

coordination. Internal Weekly plan vs achieve report preparation & updates

Experience: 8+years in any real estate or construction industry with planning experience
