About the role:
The Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing revenue, optimizing pricing strategies, and improving occupancy rates across the company's portfolio. The role requires a data-driven professional who will analyse market trends, develop dynamic pricing models, and work closely with sales and operations to drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Pricing Strategy:
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing models to maximize revenue per seat / PSF and occupancy rates.
- Adjust pricing based on market demand, competitor analysis, and seasonal trends.
- Monitor yield management strategies to optimize revenue across different workspace formats (CW, ES, MO, Ancillary)
Occupancy & Utilization Optimization
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure optimal space utilization.
- Analyse occupancy trends, churn rates, and customer behaviour to refine revenue strategies.
- Identify underperforming locations and recommend strategies for improving occupancy and profitability.
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research to track industry benchmarks, competitor pricing, and demand trends.
- Monitor changes in corporate leasing trends, hybrid work models, and client preferences.
- Leverage insights from real estate, hospitality, and coworking sectors to enhance pricing models.
Financial Planning & Forecasting:
- Develop revenue forecasts and budgeting models.
- Provide insights on pricing elasticity, demand forecasting, and revenue risks.
- Analyse financial performance, identify gaps, and propose revenue improvement initiatives.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Work closely with marketing teams to create revenue-driven promotional offers and campaigns.
- Partner with technology teams to improve pricing automation and analytics tools.
- Align with leasing and sales teams to optimize deal structuring and client negotiations.
Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or yield management.
- Background in flex spaces, coworking, hospitality, commercial real estate, or airline revenue management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or revenue management software.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (ZOHO, Salesforce, HubSpot) and workspace management platforms.
- Data-driven decision-maker with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Real Estate (MBA preferred).
