Job Description-
1) Overseeing daily front office operations
2) Assist in supervising the front desk function
3) Routinely check-in / out Guest, answer phones, take reservations, and assist staff
4) Complete opening and closing shift duties and communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow up
5) Respond to guest complaints / requests.
6) make appropriate service recovery gestures in accordance with established guidelines
7) Perform other duties as assigned which may include guest room tours, concierge services, special guest requests.
