Key Responsibilities:

- Driving Sales

- Responsible for top-line revenue goals within the established investment budget and achieve P&L goals

- Daily and monthly sales planning and delivery

- Responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and reporting on plans to improve site metrics by increasing conversion, AOV, Upsell, Cross sell and other

KPIs:

- Plan and execute campaigns and manage website content to align with monthly promotions, seasonal promotions and overall marketing strategies.

- Identify new opportunities for user acquisition and revenue , including partnerships, influencer marketing and referral programs
