About Us: At 7 Billboards Creative Studio, we specialize in crafting impactful digital marketing strategies that turn fleeting attention into lasting brand loyalty. Our services span lifestyle shoots, product shoots, social media management, and performance marketing.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. While the role is remote, we prefer candidates based in Bangalore due to extensive travel requirements for client meetings, industry events, and business growth activities. This position involves managing provided leads and actively generating new leads, with an incentives-based salary structure to reward performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Pipeline and New Business Development:
    • Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities.
    • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, and close deals.
    • Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short, medium, and long-term in accordance with targets.
  2. Sales Strategy and Process Implementation:
    • Develop and implement sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
    • Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships.
    • Manage the proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements.
  3. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Effectively communicate and build relationships with potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
    • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals.
    • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.
  4. Team Leadership and Performance Tracking:
    • Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics.
    • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience and Knowledge:
    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar client-facing role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, marketing communication, and its implementation.
  • Sales and Communication Skills:
    • Proven successful track record in digital services sales and negotiation.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to talk efficiently and convert leads.
  • Leadership and Management Abilities:
    • Strong leadership skills, self-directed, and the ability to multitask.
    • Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure.
    • Motivated, reliable, and committed with good time-management skills.
  • Creative and Strategic Thinking:
    • Creative with communication and marketing solutions for clients.
    • Logical, practical, and focused thinking.
    • Ability to identify and analyze industry trends and customer needs.
  • Professionalism:
    • Calm, polite, and professional behavior.
    • Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving targets and goals.
