6d Technologies - Technical Lead - Java Development (7-12 yrs)

Job Description

We are looking for a 7 - 12 years Java TechnicalLead with previous development, customer interaction & software designing experience to join our Engineering Team.

You will have to understand the network model of the customer's business (B2C & B2B) and design/upgrade the service and user interface. During the later phase of the program, developers are required to educate, execute and validate the design created by acting as the PO of the Scrum Team.

Developers will be responsible for converting the product gaps and customization into user stories in JIRA. Developers will be responsible to be in constant touch with the other teams to understand requirements, priority and the delivery sequence. Developers will have to develop, unit-test and load test as well update the task life-cycle.

You will be assigned with the responsibility of designing ''server-side' architecture of our products. You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.

We expect you to be a tech-savvy professional, who is curious about new digital technologies and aspires to combine usability with visual design.

Your Responsibilities :

a) Code, develop, and design features related to the existing/new application. We expect you to own modules end to end and take pride in the work products you ship.

b) Design and build advanced applications for the Java platform

c) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features d) Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

e) You will manage 4+ developers team

f) Should be able to do requirement gathering with the customer and give demos to the customer

g) In-depth understanding of the entire development process (design, development and deployment.)

Required Skills :

a) Proven work experience between 7-12 years in development.

b) Strong Experience in Core Java, Spring boot, Microservices, Mysql/Oracle/Postgres, Hibernate.

- Good understanding of data structures, Design patterns.

- Experience in AWS, Dockers, Kubernetes, CI/CD is an added advantage.

c) Soft Skills: Leadership, Decision Making, Planning, Presentation Skills and Communication

d) B.Tech/BE/MCA degree in Computer Science or relevant field
