Java Technical Lead - Spring Boot/Hibernate (2-10 yrs)

Job Title : Java Technical Lead

Location : Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Experience :

- 2-10 years of professional experience in Java development.

- Proven experience leading and managing development teams.

- Extensive experience with Java 8 and above.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with RESTful web services and API development.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React (optional but a plus).

- Expertise in database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Tools and Methodologies :

- Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle.

- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies for software development.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Project Management :

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.

Technical Expertise :

- Conduct code reviews, resolve complex technical issues, and propose innovative solutions.

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and software quality.
