The Role :

Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance RESTful APIs for mobile and internet banking applications using Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MySQL, Oracle on Linux environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Development :

1. Design and develop scalable, secure RESTful APIs.

2. Implement API security using OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS.

3. Utilize Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

4. Develop database-driven applications using MySQL, Oracle.

5. Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.

Maintenance :

1. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.

2. Optimize database queries and API performance.

3. Implement monitoring and logging mechanisms.

4. Refactor code for better maintainability.

Security :

1. Ensure API security and compliance with banking standards.

2. Implement encryption, access control, and authentication.

3. Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.

Collaboration :

1. Work with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, DevOps).

2. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

3. Collaborate with architects to design scalable architectures.

Skills Required :

1. 5+ years of experience in backend Java development.

2. Extensive experience with :

- Spring MVC, Spring Boot.

- Hibernate.

- MySQL, Oracle.

- Linux environment.

- RESTful API development.

- API security (OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS).

3. Familiarity with :

- Microservices architecture.

- Docker, Kubernetes.

- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

- Agile development methodologies.

- Java certifications (OCPJP, OCAD), Spring certifications

Qualifications & Experience :

- BE/BTech/BCA/MCA/BSc IT/MSc IT

- Exp- At least 5-10 years of relevant experience
