Inside Sales Senior Executive/ Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including cold calling, emailing, and demos.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Identify new business opportunities by researching potential customers' needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, delivery) to ensure seamless customer service.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales or solution selling in IT services & consulting industry.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).
  
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets consistently over time.
  
• Strong understanding of software services, solution selling, inside sales principles, and it solution sales concepts.
