Key skills for the job
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in EdTech or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer engagement, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for generating and converting leads, conducting sales pitches, and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, etc.)
Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
Convert leads into sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create effective sales strategies
Keep track of sales activities, prospects, and customer needs in CRM software
Provide regular feedback to the sales team leader and management
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the EdTech industry
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
