A Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve corporate sales targets and foster strong relationships with corporate clients. This role involves strategic planning, team management, client engagement, and achieving revenue goals.
Key Role & Responsibilities
* Work with new and existing corporate clients to drive business and revenue through product enhancement and product marketing.
* Actively seek and enable new revenue opportunities.
* Area Mapping, cold calling, prospecting.
* Build up a strong understanding of Messaging both from a product perspective as well as from a market perspective.
* Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
* Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
* Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
* Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, and client meetings.
* Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
* Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
* Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
* Build excellent relationships with customers.
Eligibility Criteria
* Must be an MBA.
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
* Ability to present and sell with ease.
* Strong people skills.
* Equally formidable creative, quantitative, and analytical skills.
* Target oriented.
