HR Executive And Generalist

We are looking for a candidate with experience in bulk hiring and having good communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases and systems.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Design and run employee training and development programs.
• Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
• Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and conflict resolution
• Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
