Role & responsibilities-
Accountable for overseeing all HR-related functions within the organization, including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
Create job descriptions, post job openings, and manage the applicant tracking system
Conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and make job offers
Onboarding and Exit formalities:
All onboarding and exit formalities.
Employee Relations:
Foster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving employee issues and concerns
Maintain employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee conduct and discipline
Handle the performance review process and provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees
Compensation and Benefits:
Manage the organization's compensation and benefits programs
Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
Preferred candidate profile
Should have strong communication skills.
Should have experience working on financial profiles
Should be able to closely work on TAT for given profiles
Must be proactive
Well-versed with Ms-office
Experience in HR software or related systems
Experience in implementing or upgrading HR software systems.
Familiarity with data security and privacy compliance related to HR software.
