Job Title: Learning and Development Manager
Reports to: Head of Talent Development and Business Head
Location: HSR Layout
Job Summary:
Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and performance. Align L&D initiatives with organizational goals, foster a culture of continuous learning, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
1. Develop and execute the L&D strategy, aligned with business objectives.
2. Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize L&D initiatives.
Learning Program Management:
1. Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs (classroom, online, and blended).
2. Source external training providers and manage vendor relationships.
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Talent Development:
1. Create and implement leadership development programs.
2. Develop succession planning and talent pipeline strategies.
3. Coach employees and managers on development opportunities.
Performance Measurement and Evaluation:
1. Track and analyze L&D metrics (e.g., participation, satisfaction, impact).
2. Conduct regular evaluation and feedback sessions.
3. Adjust L&D strategies based on metrics and feedback.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
1. Partner with HR, department heads, and subject matter experts.
2. Communicate L&D initiatives and programs to employees.
3. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Administrative Tasks:
1. Manage L&D budget and resources.
2. Maintain records of training participation and evaluation.
3. Ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in L&D, HR, or training.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management System) and other L&D tools.
