Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for departments, focusing on soft skills development and customer service.
  
• Develop customized training materials and presentations to meet hospital needs.
  
• Provide coaching support to trainers on effective delivery techniques.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-7 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training role within Hospital industry.
  
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and facilitation techniques.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
