Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CA preferred). Strong experience in managing and leading finance teams. In-depth understanding of GST, income tax, TDS, and in managing statutory audits and tax filings. Strong experience in developing and implementing financial policies and internal controls. Experience in financial analysis (including profitability analysis), capital investment evaluation, and pricing strategies (and negotiations). Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting financial information clearly to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the finance department, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Manage and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST filings, income tax, and external audits. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, ensuring they reflect the companys condition accurately. Develop financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance and ensure internal controls. Oversee the preparation and submission of periodic financial statements and returns as required by law. Conduct financial analysis for decision support, including profitability analysis, capital investments, and pricing strategies. Lead the budgeting process and monitor financial performance against budget, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
