Job Title: Customer Support & Sales Executive (International Voice)
Company: Top MNC
Location: Kolkata
Salary: Up to 3.5 LPA CTC + Performance Incentives (Up to 20,000)
Working Days: 5 days a week (2 rotational week offs)
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:
We are hiring for a Customer Support & Sales Executive role in an International Voice Process with one of the top MNCs. This role requires exceptional English communication skills to handle customer queries, provide excellent support, and drive sales through effective engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
Provide outstanding customer service and resolve queries effectively.
Drive sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (Customer Support/Sales) is mandatory.
Freshers are not eligible.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
