Job Description
- Administrative Support: o Manage and maintain the mentor’s schedule, including calendar management, appointment coordination, and meeting preparations. o Handle travel arrangements, expense reporting, and logistical requirements. 2. Presentation Creation: o Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for meetings, proposals, and other strategic initiatives. o Conduct research and compile data to support presentation content. 3. Strategic Planning Assistance: o Assistin strategic planning processes, including tracking key initiatives, preparing reports, and coordinating with stakeholders. o Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering insights and recommendations as needed. 4. Communication Management: o Draft, proofread, and send communications on behalf ofthe mentor, ensuring professionalism and accuracy. o Act as the primary point of contactforinternal and external communications, prioritizing and responding as appropriate. 5. Project Coordination: o Supportthe mentorin managing key projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. o Liaise with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution
- Bachelor’s degree and Post Graduation Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field from Tier 1 colleges/universities. Minimum 7-8 years of experience specifically as an Executive Assistant. Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Experience in strategic planning or project managementis a plus.
