• Responsible for end to end hiring, screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating, and follow through until the candidate joins
• Understand the Talent Pool available and identify the key motivators for them to join an organization
• Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants from the Hiring Manager
• Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources
• Know networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote the employer brand, reduce time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals
• Understand the industry and environment the business operates in
• Build a strong talent pipeline
