SUMMARY
1. Professional Appearance and Personality
Impeccable grooming and professional attire to reflect the clinic’s luxury image.
A friendly, warm, and welcoming demeanor.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
2. Communication Skills
Proficiency in English and regional languages; additional language skills are a plus.
Polite, clear, and confident communication over the phone and in person.
3. Administrative Skills
Proficiency in handling clinic management software for appointments, billing, and records.
Efficient scheduling and time management to prevent overlaps or delays.
Experience in handling patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
4. Hospitality Experience
Prior experience in the hospitality industry or luxury service environments preferred.
5. Organizational Abilities
Strong multitasking skills to manage check-ins, check-outs, and patient coordination seamlessly.
Maintaining accurate records of appointments, follow-ups, and payments.
Inventory tracking for front office supplies and patient materials.
6. Problem-Solving and Conflict Management
Quick thinking and ability to handle last-minute changes or challenges with patients.
Calm and professional demeanor in resolving patient concerns.
7. Marketing and Branding Awareness
Knowledge of clinic promotions, services, and offerings to answer queries effectively.

8. Technical Proficiency

Familiarity with MS Office is a must.
