Job Description
AAMBY VALLEY AIRPORT PROJECT LIMITED is looking for Front Office Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintaining a professional and organized front office environment
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinating with various departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
- Performing basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and document filing
- Resolving customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate parties
- Maintaining security by following procedures and monitoring logbook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good multitasking, time management and organizational skills
The candidate is required to have an excellent command of the language. A female candidate must be 54" and a male candidate 59" tall.
The candidate must have knowledge of PMS and have worked at the front desk for at least 2 years.
