Walk-in for International Chat customer support hiring (Full Time Employment)

Responsibilities:

• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their need
• Resolving customer queries and issues related to the products and service.

Qualifications: PU(12th)/ Diploma (3years) / Undergraduates / BE / BTech and graduates from any stream.

Candidates with minimum 1year of prior relevant (BPO) experience are eligible to apply.

Salary Range: up to INR 3.5LPA+ (Incentive )
