Job Description

Jr Analyst / Analyst would work on the various process and sub process. Must accomplish the daily set target with high efficiency and accuracy. Offers process recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiencies and practices.

- Knowledge of MS office and know how about the basic function of MS office

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues.

- Resolve issues through voice, chat & email support.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent verbal and written English Communication.

- Fresher & Experienced can apply (0-5 years).

- Only graduates can apply

- Must be comfortable with rotational shift
