Responsibilities

• Candidate should be ready to work for Chat / Semi-Voice process.
• Experience in upselling / cross selling will be an added advantage
• Identify opportunities to offer value added services
• Resolve complex problems based on best practice/precedence, escalate when needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• First-time resolution should be provided for all customer queries
• Displaying complete onus to customers queries / problems
• Delivering service with requisite courtesy and accuracy
• Individual Contributor
• Fresher or Experience, anyone can apply.
• Transport facility is provided within the boundary areas. Both pick up and drop.
• Graduate or Undergraduate, anyone can apply
• Rotational Week off and rotational shifts
