Brief about the team:

Customer Service is part of the customer support team of TATA 1mg. The team is to help the customer support team to give a remarkable experience to the customers. Customer support is a team of people who provide help when customers have trouble with a company's products or services. It's ultimately about making sure customers are successful in solving whatever issues they came to your business to help solve.

What will you do:

• Diagnose and manage all types of metabolic diseases including obesity, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Type 1 diabetes and Type 2 diabetes.
• Assessing patients' blood glucose levels, weight and other body anthrometrics and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Medication Management: prescribe and manage medications for diabetes, such as insulin, oral hypoglycemic agents, and other medications to control blood sugar levels
• Blood Glucose Monitoring: educate patients on how to monitor their blood glucose levels and use glucometers to ensure optimal glycemic control
• Lifestyle and Dietary Guidance: provide guidance on diet, exercise, and lifestyle modifications to help individuals with weight loss and manage their condition effectively.
• Involved in developing personalized meal plans and exercise regimens with dieticians.● Complications Management: monitor and manage complications related to metabolic diseases and diabetic complications such as diabetic retinopathy, neuropathy, nephropathy, and cardiovascular issues.
• Be able to manage common side effects of medications
• Education and Support: educate patients about their condition, potential complications, and self-management techniques, empowering individuals to take control of their health
• Work with patients to establish realistic goals for blood glucose control, weight management, and physical activity

What we are looking for:

• MBBS degree with 1 year of working experience.
• Comfortable with 6 days working.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to maintain Excel sheets and other forms of data management, documentations.
