Job Description: Factory Medical Officer

Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified female Medical Officer with an MBBS degree, 1 to 2 years experience to join our industrial healthcare team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care and health services within our factory premises.

Location I: Atchutapuram, Anakapalli District

Location II: Sanand Gujarat

Location III: Ahamedabad

Location:IV:Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical assistance and first aid for workplace injuries and health emergencies
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of employees
• Perform routine health screenings and preventive health check-ups
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• Manage the factory's medical facilities and healthcare inventory
• Develop and implement workplace health promotion programs
• Conduct health awareness sessions for employees
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide initial treatment
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers when advanced medical intervention is required
• Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical examinations for factory employees

Qualifications:

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution
• Valid medical registration
• Immediate availability to join
• Strong knowledge of occupational health standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in industrial healthcare settings
• Knowledge of workplace safety protocols
• Proficiency in local language and English
• Basic computer skills for medical record management
