Work with 12th Wonder s Sales, Marketing and Technology teams to effectively prospecting clients, manage the leads, and negotiating deals for the software development services offered by us.
You must have the relevant experience of working in international market (USA preferred) using various communication channels.
If you have excellent communication skills, do not shy away from reaching out to potential customers and know the art of effectively demonstrating services and products through email and phone, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Proficient in generating leads from scratch with available resources like LinkedIn, google, exhibitions, etc.
Responsible for inside sales and end-to-end selling, including client prospecting, engagement and deal closure.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Research customer segments, clients and strategies to increase qualified leads. Able to identify the key stakeholders (CXOs/decision makers) of the target market.
Be face of the organization by building rapport through continuous communications via telephone / email.
Coordinate with sales and technical team to provide the right solution.
Write reports to document current and projected metrics, market conditions and risks.
Qualification for the role:
Good communication and exceptional experience in cold calling and outbound sales in the USA region
Experience in pitching services to the top management & decision makers.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in lead generation and sales, preferably for the software development services (development, quality assurance, RPA, RFID, etc.).
