As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in all aspects of client delivery.

Job Description:

As a Business Analyst (BA) at 108 ideaspace Inc. you will be a pivotal member of our client delivery team, driving successful Web Project outcomes through your expertise in business analysis, including the ability to write use cases and draw process maps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to comprehensively analyze their business processes, both from a functional and technical perspective.
• Write detailed use cases that capture user requirements and system interactions.
• Create process maps and flowcharts to illustrate current and proposed business processes.
• Lead and oversee the execution of Salesforce implementation engagements, ensuring that projects adhere to scope and meet client expectations.
• Play a central role in all project phases, including project initiation, strategy development, design, development, testing, and successful project launch.
• Assume responsibility for the comprehensive documentation and demonstration of complex web projects involving multiple system integrations
• Offer consultative guidance to clients and internal teams, providing valuable insights to aid in decision-making.
• Evaluate, assign, and resolve support requests received from clients and internal teams.
• Provide regular and transparent project status updates to project managers and clients.
• If necessary, manage small teams or work efforts effectively.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Act as the gatekeeper of the change request process, meticulously reviewing and developing detailed specifications for the implementation of system changes.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technology consulting and business analysis
• Demonstrated hands-on experience of at least 3 years on Web projects.
• Salesforce Admin certification is a plus; Salesforce Business Analyst certification is desirable.
• Strong dedication to continuous improvement across all areas of responsibility.
• Experience working with Salesforce AppExchange products and integrations is a plus.
