Business Analyst / Project Manager

Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Business Analyst cum Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions while managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring they are clearly understood and feasible.
2. Solution Design: Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring solutions align with business goals.
3. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
4. Coordination and Communication: Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Progress Tracking: Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
6. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, specifications, meeting minutes, and status reports.
7. Testing and Validation: Coordinate and participate in testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
8. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are effectively managed.
9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in business analysis and project coordination.
10. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring they are equipped to utilize new systems and processes effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources.
• Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
• Experience with business process modeling, data analysis, and workflow design is desirable.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
