Position Overview: As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing your team of 8 to 10 people, assisting clients in buying & selling properties. You will utilize your knowledge of the real estate market, negotiation skills, and

customer service abilities to ensure a smooth transaction process. Your primary goal is to match

clients with properties that meet their needs and preferences while providing them with exceptional

service and guidance throughout the process.

Salary: Upto 12 LPA

Responsibilities

• Managing the sales team
• Help the sales team to complete their target
• Manage daily operations
• Oversee multiple personnel
• Help with onboarding and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Must have real estate experience of 3 to 4 years.
• Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in team lead.
