Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
- Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube etc.)
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content, including graphics, videos, stories, and written posts
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates, etc.) to refine strategies and improve ROI
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, and integrate them into the content strategy
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels
- Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement, such as partnerships and collaborations
- Oversee social media and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
Skills:
- Ability to think outside the box and come up with engaging and fresh content ideas
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external teams effectively
- Ability to stay ahead in a rapidly changing digital landscape
- Strong collaboration skills, while also being comfortable working independently
- Precision in content creation and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency with detail orientation
- Understanding of personal finance advisory space
