Job Description
- Collaborate with various teams to identify and document detailed analytics requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Perform complex data analysis, identifying key trends and insights. Utilize advanced SQL and Excel skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Develop and maintain sophisticated, interactive dashboards and reports using advanced data visualization tools. Ensure that reports are insightful and actionable for business stakeholders.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Work closely with senior management to support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of databases. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all data sources.
- Mentor junior analysts and collaborate across teams to foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
- Apply knowledge of the finance domain to provide contextually relevant analyses. While specific finance domain experience is preferred, a strong business acumen and analytical mindset are essential.
- Monitoring website KPIs (traffic, bounce rates, session durations, etc.). Understanding customer journeys across website and social platforms
- Tracking performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, follower growth). Preparing weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific reports. Segmenting data for targeted insights (e.g., geographic, demographic)
