THEY JUST COUNSIL STUDENT FOR 3rd GRADE COUNTRY LIKE - LATVIA , BECAUSE STUDENT WHO WISH TO STUDY IN GOOD COUNTY LIKE ( AUSTRALIA,UK,USA,CANADA) THEY WON'T COME HERE AS THEY PREFER GOOD COUNSELLING COMPANY LIKE UPGRAD AND SHIKSHA.COM
