Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - They will take at least 3-4 round and consume 1 week of yours in their process
They will take your technical round even if you clear that their CEO(Deepinder Bawa) ask you stupid question which you doesn't have answer if you are not from study abroad profile.
they have maximum budget of 4.5 lakhs for admission counselor and they will ask for stupid conditions like - If you achieve the targets for 6 month they will provide you hike in your last ctc otherwise you will continue with same ctc
2nd demand is that they will provide traing for 10 days only if you are not qualified in the test they on the 11th day they will not pay you till you clear the exam?
The CEO(Deepinder Bawa) just try to be over smart and try to show that how less knowledge you have compare to him , by showing his bakwass knowledge
Ask you stupid question like what is NEP and you just keep guessing the full form of it
If you have the work experience in study abroad sector and your last ctc is less than 4.5 lakhs only then you should go there , because they want people who already knows all about this profile they don't want to spend single penny on your training. He(Deepinder Bawa) told me with his badass smile that --- training bhi hum karvae and paise bhi hum de)
If you really want to go in study abroad sector then you should approach company like upgrad and infoedge which gave you good salary and better work environment

SAP Labs Interview Experience | On-Campus | SAP Basis Consultant
I participated in SAP Labs' 2025 placement drive at Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT) for the SAP Basis Consultant role. The process included three rounds: an aptitude + CS fundamentals test, a group discussion (GD), and a technical + HR interview.
In the GD, I confidently initiated the discussion on "Being Famous vs Being Knowledgeable," supporting my points with examples. During the interview, I discussed my resume, internship experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Prisma ORM, and machine learning models like Random Forest Regression. I also explained my problem-solving approach and adaptability to new technologies.
I was one of the five students selected, and it was a great learning experience. My advice to future aspirants: Be thorough with your resume, practice aptitude and CS fundamentals, and work on communication skills.
