General Tips: As per my experience, I attended many interviews in different different companies and observed only one thing that which company has need to me the interview and test doesn't matter. Or one thing if any reference is available in such companies then also test and interviews doesn't matter. Every hr member only ask first question who refferd you for this company and any reference person working here or not? I understand that no any value of tallented person in front of reference some companies give respect to tallented person. But many no. of companies don't. And also the hr team and seniors do partiality with another region employee or worker. I resigned my job within one month why because they always disappointed me for Tamil language and etc etc. I used only English language during my duty they said don't English here nobody understand English here only use Tamil other you can leave the job. I want to say something I have completed B. Tech not in Tamil or Hindi language I only studied in English language. And most of book written in English language not Tamil or any local language. So finally company is very good and this is Korean based company but here some Tamil people are very useless and worst and also management department is so bad.
