Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - So, my experience with yapsody was absolutely pathetic. I had lod many rounds with them, the 1st HR round was good, Vidisha took my 1st round and ask all the necessary information with a great smile on her face. The second round was the assignment one was very easy, they gave me a topic and want me to follow all necessary SEO guidelines along with internal and external links that's what I did.

The 3rd round was with the digital marketing executive of the team, she was calm and easy going.

After the third round one HR name Zeenat called me and said to me - this is our budget and request me to share all my documents like salary slip, schooling certificates and experience one (I did) after the documents submission they supposed to send me an offer but they flip

The next day!

But on next day they flip and wanted me to attend one more with the CEO - I attended his call but he was very unprofessional, because of one misfortunate situation the interview delayed from their end. I considered that too

The weekend arrived!

Interview delayed because of the weekend he called me again and settle up a phone call, I attended- it was very difficult for me to attend all the interview as per their time, I have also my office to attend but unprofessionalism still their.

Then I had discussion with few employees through LinkedIn they told me the company has a lot of barriers they do not care about the employee, they fire them anytime, the office environment is drastic - the day I consider not to look further more with them.
