Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I got shortlisted for full stack developer, and after the interview i realized that i was asked mostly about devops. i felt that interviewer instead of looking to test and select the candidate he was mostly to roast and reject. don't know whats the fun and excitement in asking the deepest possible question. i didn't mentioned kubernates or devops in my resume but there was all questions about it in scenarios. My biggest concern is he didn't ask at least one question about my actual tech stack. but good thing got another job in better company on same day.

  • Q2. Salary expectation?
  • Ans. I had already read reviews that this company doesn't provide good hike, so I told her a range below 50%. In that, she came to the lowermost end. The weird thing is, providing insurance to you, from the salary money only.
  • Answered Anonymously
  • Q3. Which company did you work for?
  • Ans. I worked for a startup founded by IITians. The company age is 5-10 years and around 50 employees. The HR (Nikita Deshmukh) declared it as a fake company. This defaming behaviour by her was so rude and it's even reflecting how she is creating a bad image of the company she works for. It should be noted that every company was a startup before it turned into an MNC.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please don't waste your time for interview in this company. My interviews were postponed most of the times, even before 15 mins of the interview. It was very hectic and even your background was checked before the first round, you will be rejected on any other things like salary expectation. Very rude and unprofessional HRs, I have ever seen (In Pune team). My first round was going on and HR called me, I didn't receive the call. When I called back after the interview, she just shouted that you had an interview today, and you didn't attend. Poor mangement. The HR, named Nikita Deshmukh was very rude. Even put doubt on my collage and company. Without going for a verification, rejected my application on that basis. If it was they supposed to do, it should happened in the resume screening. Complete waste of time.
