Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - There are two rounds of writing; every round will be conducted on paper. So before submitting please read many times; and rectify any grammatical mistakes.
First round could be on general topic such as Home Decor, Paintain Vase.(400 words)
Second Round could be writing of Product description(take an example of any e-commerce site) highlighting Purpose, Material and Features.
(A candidate can form any imaginary product in his/her mind)

After that you will have HR Round where they will inform you about feedback and don’t forget to emphasise on last round of interview which will be taken by top management.(Whether it will take place or not sometime they may ask you to come after the gap of 1 or 2 hours, but they may inform you in the midway of waiting window about actual feedback of your candidature from Top management. That can also lead to rejection if you have made some grammatical mistakes___ so better ask and get double sure)

Although HR is supportive and fulfill their responsibilities very well.

As a fresher you are not asked about the entire job and it's behaviourism. The questions are general and it tends to react about your personal life and also mostly asked to check your communication. So don't react as artificial, just stay calm with a light smile, do react for what you know and don't react for what you don't know. You are supposed to say No, if you really don't know about the topics but pls don't say lies unknowingly that will lead even more contradictions between you and interviewer. Always try to finish your replies with a very small explanations, don't get elaborate the answers untill then if it really requires. Last point pls don't be nervous always try to think the interviewer as your brother, & keep it in mind no one is better than you but don't show that attitude outside in your responses... Thanks ..
